- If space is insufficient for any answer, type your answer in a supplemental answer document, and
convert/save that document as a PDF in a file on your computer. Make sure you know the file
name, so you can easily retrieve it again. Before you submit your application, click the "Upload Document" button in the lower right portion of your User Homepage and follow the instructions for uploading documents that are required with your application. You may submit any supplemental documents through this same process. You do not need to wait for your processor to request it. Waiting to hear from us will only delay the processing of your file.
- Err on the side of over-disclosure.
- Answer every question. If a question is not applicable to you, answer the question “Not Applicable.”
- Where applicable, provide the full number, street name, city, state and zip code for each address.
- If an answer to any question changes before your admission, you are obligated to update your application.
- Complete all the forms required.
- If you withdraw in accordance with Rule 4.10(2)(h), you will be entitled to a refund of one-half of the alternative admission application fee.
- It is an applicant’s duty to obtain and provide the information requested (Rule 4.25).
